These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Novent systems available at noventsystem.com, office.noventsystem.com, shopfloor.noventsystem.com, and dashboard.noventsystem.com (the “System”), operated by Novent AB (“Novent”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using our System, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the System.
1. Use of the System
You agree to use the System in accordance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the System.
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the System.

The System is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the System will be error-free, secure, or operate without interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novent AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the System.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the System at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a new effective date.
